Xavier was great to work with on the Sales side - I would buy from him again - if he wascat a different dealership. But, I would never buy from this dealer again because their detail service was the worst. Brad promised they would buff out some scratches and fill some chips in the windshield. The buff work made things way worse with cloudy, foggy, dulled swirl patterns everywhere they had worked. Looks like someone used a power tool and did not know what they were doing. I would like to thank Dan Sommerfeld and crew for the service they performed on my 2023 QX80 January 6th and 13th. I enjoyed working with Dan he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I came in for 30,000 mile service and they found the climate control fan needed to be replaced and the drivers seat frame needed to be replaced (it would not stay in selected position since the car was new). The service took two appointments, so I thank them for their patience and quality work.
We wish to thank Rudy and Lance for their help last week. We give them a 10 for their service! They are very patient and knowledgeable of explaining our Infinity bells and whistle.

Costs were explained, work was faster than expected, dealership where i waited was clean, had wifi, and snacks. definitely plan to return.
Was ok, found the car we wanted online, sales rep was not very personable or knowledgeable. Finance person was great. Was disappointed that we just paid over $60k for a car and the dealership didn’t even provide a full tank of gas.

Lance did the closeout on the service of my wife's Q50. One of my service requests was to do a Coolant Flush and Fill. I was informed when I returned that I had recently had that work done in my last visit, so it wasn't performed. Any other dealership would have performed the work and charged me for something I didn't need. Thank you, Lance and the shop technician that did the evaluation and also for the carwash.

My recent experience with the service department was good. I was greeted as soon as i entered the service bay, my car was assessed, and the work began. I had called several times prior to my actual appointment because I had a dead battery. I was not totally pleased with having to leave several messages and wait for return calls over a several day period, however my situation was not emergent. I am always pleased with the customer service and impressed by the helpful staff once I am at the dealership. Thank you

I was contacted multiple times for the first services last Nov and was told I had to bring my car to the dealership by Jan. 15 because my car is a new purchased car and you need to take a look even the odometer reading has not reached to 8000 miles.
